Booking, billing and prices

• In case of a VAT increase after the reservation completion the price will be adjusted accordingly.
• The price includes bed linen, towels, sauna towels and tea towels, TV fees, internet access, parking, use of sauna and bread service.
• The tourist tax of € 2,70 per person (aged 14 years and older) and night is charged separatly.
• Breakfast buffet: € 14,50 Euro, Children under 14 Jahren € 10,-.
• Bathrobes on request for a fee.
• Laundry service on request for a fee.
• The price of the final cleaning is € 45,- to € 50,- per apartment and holiday-stay.
• Booking conditions: A deposit of € 100,- per apartment is necessary to confirm the booking.

Cancellation

• In case of a reservation/booking cancellation:
  • 60 days before arrival we won’t charge any costs.
  • from 60 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the arrangment will be charged.
  • from 30 before arrival 100% of the arrangement will be charged.
• In case of an early departure 100% of the arrangement will be charged.

Liability, payment and departure

• We do not take any responsibility for illness, accidents, bad weather or other occurrences.
• Because of organizational reasons we ask you to pay your bill one day before your departure.
• The total amount can be paid in cash or by debit card/credit card.
• On the day of departure please leave the apartment before 09.30 am.
• On the day of arrival the apartment will be ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm on.

Travel cancellation insurance

• Stipulating a travel cancellation insurance avoids potential cancellation costs.

Pets

• Please understand that pets are not allowed in our house.
